摘要
阐述平衡计分卡的理论,提出基于平衡计分卡的企业绩效管理实施步骤,并对应用平衡计分卡应注意的问题进行讨论。
The paper described the Balanced Scorecard theory, and proposed the implementation steps of Enterprise Performance Management based on the Balanced Scorecard. Finally, the problems emerging in applying Balanced Scorecard were discussed.
