摘要
随着市场经济的发展和公司制的实施,把企业推向市场早已成为人们共同关注的问题。但是,国家与企业、地区间、行业间、企业内部分配的不合理及职工吃大锅饭的现象仍然存在。这就严重挫伤了企业和职工的积极性,影响了效益的提高。
With the development of the market economy and the implementation of the corporate system, the enterprise market has long been a common concern. However, the irrational distribution among the State, enterprises, regions, industries, enterprise itself and the phenomenon of workers to eat the same big pot still remain. This has seriously hurt the enthusiasm of enterprises and workers, thus affecting the efficiency.
