摘要
实践性教学最能体现高等职业教育特色,根据法学专业自身的特点,如何理解高职高专法学专业实践性教学的内涵,寻找其切入点,建立一整套科学的高职院校法学课程实践性教学体系,使得法学课程从传统的课程设置、教学方式中解放出来是目前亟待解决的问题。
Practical teaching is the manifestation and key point of higher vocational education system. This article tries to discuss how to understand the connotation of practical teaching, how to find its entry point, and how to construct a teaching system with legal characteristics in order to liberate the law courses from the traditional teaching methods and ensure the application of the practical teaching system.
