With the rapid socio-economic development, there is increasing competition between logistics enterprises and growing room for customer's choice, and only to provide timely, efficient, and direct high-quality logistics services, and to quickly respond to customer complaints one can better meet customer needs. Meanwhile, the logistics company also should continue to create a good corporate culture with new feelings and expectations to customers, so as to build a loyal customer groups.
