摘要
本文在总结国内外人力资源管理效益测量相关研究的基础上,结合定性和定量的测量方法,构建了更加全面、系统的人力资源管理综合测量指标体系,为人力资源管理效益的测量提供了新的依据和方法。
This paper constructed a comprehensive and systematic beneficial measure index system of human resources management and provided a new basis for human resource management effectiveness measurement combining qualitative and quantitative measurement method based on related measurement research of human resource management efficiency domestic and internationally.
