Under the circumstances of international financial crisis, trade union organizations are facing the new challenge in the work of safeguarding rights and interests for workers. The trade union organizations at all levels can help the government and employing unit to implement the relevant policies about social security and firmly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers. In order to be respected, trade union organiza- tions should play an important coordinating and safeguarding role.
