近年来,崇文区总工会围绕服务大局、服务职工、服务企业的服务定位,构建了由区职工帮扶中心、街道工会服务站、基层工会构成的全区工会三级服务体系,健全了各项制度,搭建了多个服务平台。主动围绕全区的中心任务,不断丰富服务内容,动员和组织职工发挥工人阶级的主力军作用;主动围绕职工素质、职工精神文化生活、职工帮扶、职工合法权益等,履行职能服务全区职工;主动围绕企业需求,为企业的和谐发展创造良好的条件和环境。
