科学发展观视阈下的高职院校二级管理体制

On the Two-level Management System in Vocational Colleges in the View of Scientific Outlook on Development

随着我国高等职业教育的快速发展,高职院校正处于从外延扩张向内涵发展转变的阶段,建立和完善院系二级管理体制势在必行。许多高职院校都进行了有益的探索。通过对省内外部分高职院校的调研,对高职院校二级管理的基本现状及其分析,提出了高职院校实行二级管理的基本原则、建立和完善高职院校院系二级管理体制的重要性和必要性及其主要对策。

With the rapid development of higher vocational education, vocational colleges are on the shift stage of transforming from the denotation expansion to the connotation development and it is imperative to establish and perfect the two-level management system of college and department. Through the research on some vocational colleges inside and outside Anhui province, we analyze basic present situation of the two-level management system in vocational colleges, and put forward basic principles of putting into effect the two-level management, the importance and necessity of establishing and perfecting the two-level management system of college ＆ department, as well as major countermeasures.
