摘要
以中文科技期刊数据库(维普资讯)中关于辅导员队伍建设的相关论文为研究样本,对2006-2008年以来刊载的文章进行了分类整理和分析。按照主题分类和研究内容进行简要归纳,分析了研究主题分类和发表期刊构成情况,评价了研究内容,根据研究结果提出了一些相关建议,从而促使高校辅导员队伍建设的研究工作更好地开展。
In the present study, papers concerning team construction of college counselor from Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database （www.cqvip.com） during the years from 2006 to 2008 are classified and analyzed. Based on the analysis of topic classification, research contents, and the types of the journals in which there papers are published, the author puts forward some related suggestions with a viewof promoting the level of study on the instructor troop construction in colleges and universities.
