摘要
针对国外机车向列车供电的技术特点以及我国机车向列车供电技术的现状和国情，提出了我国机车向列车供电的方案、技术参数和发展策略。
By reference to the power feeding characteristics to the train from the locomotive in foreign countries,considering the technical status quo and national situation in China,a proposal is given to feed the train from the locomotive,together with the technical parameters and development strategy.
