以市场需求为导向的高职院校学生档案管理探析

高职院校学生档案管理具有自身的一些特点。从市场需求角度来看,当前我国高职院校学生档案管理还存在着管理手段单一、档案内容不全面、档案跟踪滞后和档案转递过程混乱等问题,影响着用人单位对学生的评价和学生的就业及发展。因此高职院校要以市场需求为导向,从加强信息化建设、充实档案内容、规范档案管理制度和建立长效机制促进档案管理模式变革等方面抓好新形势下的学生档案管理工作。

Students＇ achives administration in pofessional colleges has its own characteristics. From the viewpoint of market needs with regard to students＇ archives administration in the professional colleges in our country, there still exists some problems. For instance, the means of administration are too simple, the content of the archives is not so comprehensive, the tracking of the archives is hysteretic and the forwarding process is in disorder and so on, which influence the evaluation of the employing units to the students and the students＇ em- ployment and progress. Therefore, the professional colleges should be oriented in order to meet the needs of the market and do well in the students＇ archives administration by strengthening the construction of information, en- riching the content of the archives, standardizing the rules of archives- administration and establishing the long effective mechanism in order to accelerate the pattern reforming of archives administration, etc.
