青岛地区农民参与乡村旅游的状态研究

Study of the Peasants' Participation in Rural Tourism in Qingdao Area

目前,青岛地区农民在参与乡村旅游发展过程中,表现出职业分工明显、贫富差距日益增大、参与模式发展不平衡等诸多问题;当地农民对乡村旅游正面影响的感知较强,但对其负面影响的认识不足;农民参与乡村旅游人数多,但参与程度低。要解决这些问题并实现农民的全面参与,必须对农民进行教育和培训,深刻认识农民参与的真正内涵,努力扩大青岛地区乡村旅游客源市场并丰富农民参与模式。

At the present stage, in the process of the peasants＇ participation in the development of village tourism in Qingdao area, the occupation division is obvious and the gap between the rich and the poor is wide, the growth of participation pattern is imbalanced. The apperceiving of local peasants on positive influence of village tourism is relatively strong but they are short of recognizing negative influence. The number of peasants who participate in village tourism is numerous but the participating degree is lower. In order to solve these problems and to realize peasants＇ overall participating, the peasants must be overall trained and educated, real connotation of peasants＇ participation should be deeply recognized, the source of customer market in Qingdao area must be broadened and peasants＇ participating patterns must be enriched.
