摘要
目的研究牛膝及其不同炮制品中齐墩果酸的含量,探讨炮制对牛膝质量的影响。方法采用薄层扫描法对牛膝、盐牛膝、酒牛膝三种样品中的齐墩果酸进行含量测定。结果三个样品中齐墩果酸的含量(%)分别为:牛膝1.30±0.06,酒牛膝1.27±0.04,盐牛膝1.07±0.03。结论生牛膝和酒牛膝中齐墩果酸的含量基本相同,而盐牛膝中齐墩果酸的含量偏低。
Objective To study and measure the contents of oleanolic acid in the root of Archyranthes bidentate and in various prepared products.Methods By means of thin layer scanning, contents of oleanolic acid in roots of Achyranthes bidentate,its preparations with wine and with salt solution were measured.Results The contents of oleanolic acid in the root of Achyranthes bidentate and its various prepared products were as follows: Achyranthes bidentate,(1.30±0.06)%; Achyranthes bidentate prepare with wine,(1.27±0.04)%; Achyranthes bidentate prepared with salt solution,(1.07±0.03)%.Conclusion The contents of oleanolic acid in the roots of Achyranthes bidentate and that in its preparation with wine are nearly the same, and the content of that in Achyranthes bidentate prepared with salt solution is low.
