加用消旋卡多曲治疗急性水样腹泻疗效观察

Observation of Racecadotril in Treating Acute Watery Diarrhea

目的:观察消旋卡多曲对急性水样腹泻的疗效。方法:将102例急性水样腹泻患儿随机分成两组,对照组48例,实验组54例。对照组常规行静脉补液及抗病毒治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上加用消旋卡多曲口服。观察两组72 h大便次数、性状及全身症状改善情况。结果:实验组总有效率88.89%,对照组60.47%。两组有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:消旋卡多曲治疗急性水样腹泻疗效肯定。

Objective ：To observe the efficiency of treatmentment with Racecadotril in acute watery diarrhea. Methods：One hundred and two young children who suffered from acute watery diarrhea was randomly allocated into two groups. 54 patients in experiment group were given oral Raeecadotril combined with intravenous therapy and antiviral therapy for three days,48 patients in the control group only received intravenous therapy and antiviral therapy. Frequency and character of defecation and Improving of general condition were observed for 72 hours. Results：Total effective rate were 88. 890/0 and 60.47% in experiment group and control group respectively, there were statistic differences between the two groups （χ2 = 10. 79, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Racecadotril is effective in treating acute watery diarrhea.
