摘要
为了降低单菌株桑皮脱胶的残胶率,实现桑皮多菌株协同脱胶,考察了初始pH值、接种量、氮源种类、发酵时间对混合菌S4桑皮脱胶的影响。结果表明:在初始pH值为7,接种量为10%,氮源为(NH4)2SO4,发酵时间36 h的条件下,混合菌S4作用桑皮残胶率为12%。
In order to reduce the mulberry degumming residual gum content with single strain, and achieve collaborative degumming with multiple strains, the impact of the initial pH value, inoculum, nitrogen source, and fermentation time on mulberry degumming with mixed bacteria S4 were studied. The results indicated that in the initial pH of 7, inoculum of 10%, nitrogen source of ammonium sulfate, fermentation time of 36 hours, the degumming residual gum content was 12%.
