基于线阵CCD的异性纤维检测系统研究

Study on a Foreign Fiber Detecting System with Linear CCD

棉花中夹带的异性纤维比重虽然很小,危害却很大,不仅影响纺织品的质量,对染色质量影响也较大。提出了基于线阵CCD的棉花异性纤维检测系统,分析了该系统的工作原理和总体结构,对异性纤维图像处理算法进行了讨论,并通过模拟仿真实验验证了系统的可行性。

Although the proportion of the foreign fiber in cotton is very small, it can causes serious problems during the textile manufacturing. The foreign fiber not only debases the quality of the textile, but also affects the quality of dyeing. An application of color linear CCD measurement technique in foreign fiber detecting system is introduced. The principle and structure of the system are presented at first, and then the details of some main image processing algorithm are discussed. The simulative test validates the feasibility of the system.
