摘要
目的总结心肌梗死患者的的护理体会。方法对40例急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾分析总结,并对该类患者实施整体护理、心理干预及健康教育。结果经治疗护理后37例好转出院,3例死亡。结论对急性心肌梗死患者及时溶栓治疗结合心理干预及健康教育等全面精心护理,能提高急性心肌梗死患者的治愈率,减少并发症,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To summarize the care of patients with myocardial infarction experience. Methods Clinical data of forty patients with acute myocardial infarction were retrospectively analyzed and summarized, and the patients received the iraplementation of holistic nursing care, psychological intervention and health education. Results After treatment and care, 37 patients improved and 3 patients died. Conclusion For patients with acute myocardial infarction, thrombolytic therapy combined with psychological intervention and health education can improve the cure rate, reduce complications and promote patients to be recovery.
