摘要
以三菱FX2N系列可编程控制器在T610型卧式镗床电气控制系统中的应用为例,介绍了基于PLC的T610型卧式镗床的电气原理,分析了PLC控制镗床系统的工作过程。与传统继电器控制镗床系统的过程相比,利用PLC控制在很大程度上提高了镗床的可靠性、安全性、稳定性和效益,体现出PLC用于现代工业上的优势。
It takes PLC of mitsubishi FX2N series use in T610 boring machine electric control system, describes the electrical principles of T610 boring machine based on PLC, and analyzes the process. Comparing with the traditional relay control, the PLC raises largely, the reliability, security, stability of the machine tool and the advantage of PLC using in modem intustry.
