从“实践教学”到“全能培养”——我国新闻教育理念及传媒人才培养模式改革探微

From "Practice Teaching" to "All-rounder Cultivation"——Exploring China’s Journalistic Education Conception and the Reform of Medium Personnel Cultivation

传媒竞争激烈,人才需求急增;新闻院系增加,学生难找工作。人才培养与需求的错位与脱节,对中国新闻教育理念提出严峻挑战,架构符合媒介生存时代需求,适应媒体大发展、大融合趋势的传媒人才培养模式,成为学界与业界融合共生的当务之急。本文旨在从实践教学到全能培养的角度,直面问题,比较反思,提出从教育理念到培养模式的改革与转轨思路。

Fierce competition of media, growing demand of talents, increased departments of journalism in university, and difficult employment of graduates are an indication of the mismatch between the needs and personnel cultivation, which has brought challenges to China＇ s journalistic education conception. Therefore, it is urgent for the academic world and mass media business to cooperate and construct a talent cultivation pattern to meet the needs of the times, and adapt to the tendency of media development. From the perspective of practice teaching to all-rounder cultivation, this article puts forward some suggestions on the education conception and reform of journalistic education.
