摘要
为了提高卡特彼勒出口件129-2381行星齿轮的生产效率,在分析其结构及工艺特点的基础上,提出基于6SIGMA思想的因果分析法。该方法利用因果图、因果矩阵等多种工具进行层层剖析,最终找出影响零件生产效率的主要因素,并对其加以改进,从而达到提高生产效率的目的,最后又以实际加工数据验证了所采取的措施的可行性。
In order to improve the production efficiency of 129 -2381 planet gear, it analyzes the character of the part structure and manufacture process, presents a method to clarify the cause and effect based on 6SIGMA. This methodology uses many tools such as fishbone picture, cause & effect matrix. Through anatomizing, it can find the main factors which affect production efficiency of part. The measures are verified through actual machining.
