摘要
提出了一种产品可拆卸设计与再制造管理方法,即在三维造型软件的辅助下,将面向拆卸的设计方法引入产品的设计过程中,建立产品的结构层次模型,实现装配与拆卸的关系转换,改进零部件结构,仿真拆卸过程;同时设计了面向再制造的产品工程管理系统,实现对产品再制造的生产管理。
It applies the design for disassembly （DFD） into the products design course. This process includes the use of threedimensional modeling softwares such as building product stucture level models, converting assembly sequence diagram to disassembly diagram, improving parts design of products, and simulating process of products disassembly. It develops an engingeering management system, which can be used in re - manufacturing mechanical and electrical products.
