摘要
在介绍了TRIZ的基本思想和理论体系的基础上,针对某解锁装置中矩形扭簧循环扭转试验中频繁断裂的现实问题,应用TRIZ理论研究了矩形扭簧的优化设计方案,提出了在中国机械领域应用和推广TRIZ理论的一些建议。
TRIZ is a creative way of solving problems and becoming the research focus in different developed countries. It presents the original principle and methodology of TRIZ, takes the torsion spring as an example to prove that TRIZ can help designers put forward the innovative solution effectively and offer the scientific instructions for the mechanical products design domain.
