首先介绍了模糊综合评价模型,然后构建了可用于机场建设项目评价的多级综合评价体系,并运用模糊综合评价方法对机场建设项目进行了综合评价,为公平、公正评价机场建设项目提供了一种有效的方法。
It introduces an integrated fuzzy evaluation model, establishes an integrated evaluation index system of airport construction projects, constructs an evaluation model of airport construction project based on fuzzy mathematics. This model provides an efficient method to choose projects fairly and publicly.
