摘要
利用ANSYS软件对起落架刹车系统前摇臂进行强度分析,通过特定工况下对前摇臂的有限元分析,得出了前摇臂的应力分布规律,然后根据分布规律改进了模型,有效地降低了前摇臂的应力集中,为结构优化设计提供了一种辅助设计方法。
Based on Ansys it analyzes the front arm strength in landing brake system, obtains the stress distribution law of the wing joint ann under given conditions. Based on the stress distribution law it proposes the improved front arm, makes the stress concentration of front arm effectively decreased. This provides the aided design method of structural optimization.
