摘要
机体是柴油机的主要结构噪声辐射部件,也是柴油机动力学研究的首选对象之一。为了研究某大功率90°V8柴油机机体的动态特性,基于I-DEAS11软件平台,运用特征化实体建模技术,建立了机体结构的有限元分析模型。采用Lanczos法对该机体进行了自由模态分析,得到其固有频率值和振型,找出薄弱环节,为机体结构的改进设计提供了较为可靠的依据。
The block of diesel engine is the main structure of the noise radiation components. In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the block of a certain high- power 90°V8 engine, it establishes the finite element analysis model on the platform of Ⅰ - DEAS 11 software by means of the feature - based solid modeling techniques, analyzes the natural frequency and vibration mode in the free mode of the block with Lanczos method. It finds the weak parts with the vibration mode analysis, provides the reliable reference for the modification of diesel structure.
