摘要
论述了三维数字化定义及其规范化与CAD/CAM之间的关系,分析了三维数字化定义规范化对象。三维数字化定义不仅是CAD的结果,更重要的是CAD/CAM的输入和运行基础。三维数字化定义的规范化是型号研制过程中实现惟一数据源的前提,涉及到CAD/CAM系统共享数据、互连、互通、互操作及效能的发挥等。近年来,企业在CAD/CAM上的投入呈快速增长趋势,但在应用水平、投入回报、效益最大化等方面存在问题。抓住了三维数字化定义的规范化,就抓住了解决该问题的关键。三维数字化定义的规范化,需要从几何、非几何、管理属性等方面入手,是一项系统工程。
Based on the summary of the relation of Digital Product Definition(DPD) and its standardization to CAD/ CAM technologies, it proposes the objects of standardization on the 3D DPD. 3D DPD is the result of CAD and most important that is the input and run base of CAD/CAM. The standardization on 3D DPD is the precondition that unique data resource comes true in the project development process. It shows the detail about sharing data, interconnect and intercommunication, interoperability and efficiency implement. There am problems such as application level and repayment and maximum benefits. In order to do well the standardization of 3D DPD, it has to enter on geometry dements, non- geometry elements and management attributes, etc.
