摘要
对现有东风4B型机车中冷器扁管强化板芯冲孔立刺强化板芯进行了传热传质比拟实验.实验结果表明:冲孔立刺强化板芯使传热增强,但阻力增加程度较大.在相同泵功率条件下,传热强化作用甚微.
The heat transfer and friction characteristics of surface with punched delt winglets arranged in rhombic formation, which used in the intercooler of Dong Fen 4 B locomotive are studed by naphthalene sublimation method based on analogy between heat and mass transfer. The results shown that heat transfer is enhanced by punched delt winglets arranged in rhombic formation, but the friction increases greatly. In the constraint of same pumping power, the heat transfer enhancement is insignificant.
