胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of insulin pump in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes

目的观察胰岛素泵持续皮下注射胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果及安全性。方法选择我院收治的血糖控制较差的住院患者160例,随机分为采用胰岛素泵治疗的治疗组(CSⅡ)80例和采用传统的多次皮下注射法的对照组(MSⅡ)80例,对2组患者进行疗效及安全性评价。结果2组患者的空腹与餐后2h血糖、血糖达标天数、胰岛素用量及低血糖发生情况,CSⅡ均优于MSⅡ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵进行强化治疗的患者血糖得到稳定和良好控制,减少夜间低血糖和黎明现象,是目前胰岛素治疗的有效方法。

Objective Observed the clinical efficacy and safety of insulin pump continuous subcutaneous infusion in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The patients in poor control of blood glucose were chosen in our hospital,who were randomly divided into the therapy group of 80 cases treated with insulin pump,and the control group of 80 cases using the traditional method of multiple subcutaneous insulin infusion,the therapeutic efficacy and safety were evaluated in the patients of the two groups. Results The fasting and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, blood sugar comphance clays, insulin dosage and the occurrence of low blood sugar of CS Ⅱwere better than MSⅡgroup, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Enhanced insulin pump therapy in patients with blood sugar steady and ideal control, reduction of night and dawn phenomenon of low blood sugar,blood sugar compliance to reduce the number of days, insulin therapy was an effective way.
