Tumor blood vessels and clinical value of CT perfusion imaging

CT灌注成像可以反映肿瘤的血流特点,从而为肿瘤的早期诊断、鉴别诊断以及预后评估提供了一个强有力的手段。本文对肿瘤血管的CT灌注成像基本原理、CT灌注与肿瘤血管的关系、CT灌注在肿瘤诊断中的价值、评价预后这4个方面进行综述,以了解目前CT灌注成像的研究现状。

CT perfusion imaging could reflected the characteristics of tumor blood flow and thus the early diagnosis of tumors,differential diagnosis and prognosis assessment provides a powerful tool.In this paper,tumor blood vessels the basic principles of CT perfusion imaging,CT perfusion and the relationship between tumor blood vessels,CT perfusion in tumor diagnosis and prognosis evaluation these four areas were reviewed in order to understood the current status of CT perfusion imaging studies.
