摘要 就业是民生之本,做好高校毕业生就业工作,不仅关系到人民群众的切身利益和高等教育的改革发展,而且关系到科教兴国战略的实施,关系全社会的政治稳定。本文根据高职院校招生就业工作的实践经验,客观、全面、概括地分析了辽宁省高职专科毕业生就业率低的原因并提出了相应的切实可行的对策。‘ The employment is foundation of the livelihood of the people, completes the university graduates to get employed the work,not only relates people's vital interest and the higher education reform development,moreover relates the rely on science and education to rejuvenate the nation strategy the implementation, relates the entire social politics to be stable. This article according to the quality colleges and universities recruitment of students employment work the experience, objective, comprehensive, has broadly analyzed the Liaoning Province quality faculty graduate employment rate low reason and proposed the corresponding practical and feasible countermeasure.
