浅谈留守儿童的班级教育策略

摘要 留守儿童由于缺乏父爱和母爱,体会不到家庭的温暖,宜采取的班级教育策略有:创建平等、和谐的班级氛围,关心留守儿童的生活和学习;开展丰富多彩的课外活动,解除留守儿童的心理障碍;严父、慈母、兄长般的关爱留守学生,加强学生的心理和道德教育;树立正确的人生奋斗目标,增强他们的自信心和学习的动力,使其健康成长。 Remains behind to take care of things the child because lacks the father to love with the maternal love, realized to the family warmth,the class and grade which adopts suitably does not educate the strategy to include:Foundation equal, harmonious class and grade atmosphere, cared about remains behind to take care of things child's life and the study;Carries out the richly colorful extracurricular activity, relieves remains behind to take care of things child's psychological barrier;The father, the loving mother, the elder brother shows loving concern remains behind to take care of things the student, strengthens student's psychology and the moral education;Sets up the correct life goal, strengthens their self-confidence and the study power, causes its health growth.
