49例骨髓增生异常综合征的骨髓涂片及骨髓切片结果分析

摘要 目的探讨骨髓涂片及骨髓活检在骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)诊断中的价值,以利于有效诊治。方法观察49例MDS的骨髓涂片和活检切片结果,并将其作比较和分析。结果所有患者均存在不同程度的血细胞发育异常的形态学表现,骨髓涂片与骨髓活检相结合有助于MDS的诊断与分型。结论骨髓涂片与骨髓活检相结合对MDS的诊断、治疗及预后有明显的指导意义。
