摘要
研究了回火处理对非合金奥贝球铁(含Mn约0.8%)组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明,等温淬火后进行回火处理(300℃~350℃×4h),可消除Mn的不利影响,从而使非合金奥贝球铁的组织和性能得以明显改善。
The influence of tempering treatment on the microstructures and dynamical properties of NADI containing up to 0.8wt% Mn is studied. The results show that the detrimental effects of Mn can be eliminated through conducting tempering treatment (300 ℃ ̄350 ℃×4 h) after austempering, so that the microstructures and dynamical properties of NADI are improved.
