摘要
对平板毛坯电磁成形用平面螺旋线圈在电流激励下磁场强度的分布特性进行了研究,推导出磁感强度的计算公式,并用实验验证了其正确性。通过数值分析,给出了一系列描述平面螺旋线圈磁场分布特性的曲线,讨论了线圈结构对磁场分布的影响规律。
The magnetic flux density distribution of flat spiral coil simulation by impulsive current usually used in electromagnetic metal forming is researched. The calculation formula of magnetic flux density has been established and verified by the experiment. By numerical analysis, a series of curves are given to describe the magnetic flux density distribution character of the flat spiral coil.
