The computer simulation technique of harbour and port system at home and abroad was first introduced in the paper. In view of the rapid development of animation simulation technique of computer, but the tools the relative companies of our country having grasped is still only for developing digital simulation model, in order to change this case, the foreign computer simulation specialized language systems with animation function were also introduced in the paper.
