摘要
实验研究了基于A2/O工艺理论开发出的RSSP回流污泥分离高效脱氮除磷新工艺对海产品废水的处理,重点考察了处理海产品废水重要参数之一即不同总水力停留时间下对海产品废水脱氮除磷的处理效果。实验表明:在进水质量浓度COD为450~780.2mg/L,TN为67~120mg/L,TP为9~13mg/L时,在满足国家出水水质一级标准要求的前提下,得出最佳的总水力停留时间为12h,厌氧段水力停留时间为3h,缺氧段水力停留时间为2h。也达到降低处理系统的基建和运行费用的目的,从而更好的为海产品废水处理提供适合的工艺条件。
The experiment studied nitrogen and phosphorus removal by new craft RSSP (Return Sludge Separate Process) to treat marine products wastewater which developed based on the A2/O craft theory. Emphasis inspected the treatment effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal under different total water power resident time (HRT). The experiment indicated: when COD is between 450 - 780.2 mg,/L, TN is between 67 - 120 rag/L, TP is between 9 - 13 mg/L in the influent, the best total HRT is 12 h, the anaerobic section HRT is 3 h and the anoxic section HRT is 2 h meeting the first grade request of effluent. The treatment process can reduce the cost of processing system construction and operation, thus supply better technological conditions for marine products wastewater processing.
