摘要
金融危机席卷全球,环境污染日益严重,在我国保增长、促发展的大背景下,环境监察执法要转变和完善工作方式,提高环境监察执法人员的业务水平,促进在经济发展中实现环境保护。
The world financial crisis is surging and environmental pollution is increasingly serious. This paper gave several suggestions on improving the efficiency of environmental enforcement to realize our country＇s economy growth and environmental protection.
