秸秆焚烧造成环境污染,给人们的生活带来影响,解决焚烧农作物秸秆问题应该疏堵结合,以疏为主,探索和扩大秸秆的利用途径和利用率,努力把秸秆综合利用工作真正做深、做细、具体化,从根本上解决秸秆的出路问题。
Environmental pollution caused by burning straw impacts people＇s life. The issue should be treated by dredging and blocking but dredging mainly. To explore and expand the use rate and utilization channel of straw, and to make great effort to do the deep, painstaking and specific work of straw would solve the way out of straws from the fundament.
