258例抗菌药不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 258 ADR Case Reports of Antibacterial Drugs

目的:分析研究我院抗茵药药品不良反应(ADR)发生情况和规律,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2007年1月～2008年12月上报的258例抗茵药相关ADR,分别从患者年龄、给药途径、药品种类、ADR临床表现等方面进行回顾性分析与评价。结果:258例ADR报告中共涉及31种抗菌药,其中喹诺酮类药引起的ADR最多(32.95%),其次为头孢菌素类(20.93%);给药途径中静脉用药引起ADR 206例(79.84%);ADR临床表现主要为皮肤及其附件损害(52.33%),其次为消化功能失调(18.99%)。结论:应重视抗茵药不良反应监测工作,加强药师与临床的沟通交流,推进临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全。

Objective：To investigate and analyze the status and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADRs） of antibacterial drugs in our hospital for the reference of the rational use of drugs.Method：The ADR cases reported in our hospital from Jan.2007 to Dec.2008 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in respect of age,route of administration, drug kinds,systems and organs involved,etc.Result：Of a total of 31 kinds of antibacterial drugs involved in ADR events,quinolones dominated the first place（32.95%）,followed by cephalosporins（20.93% ）. 206 ADRs （79.84%） were induced by the intravenous route. The major systems involved were the skin and its appendages（52.33% ）, followed by digestive funetion disorders（ 18.99% ）. Conclusion： It is important to intensify ADR monitoring of antibacterial drugs and facilitate communieation between pharmacists and clinicians in order to promote the rational drug use and ensure patients＇ medication safety.
