于80℃,分别在明胶和溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTAB)存在的情况下,用氧化铜、盐酸羟胺和硫氰酸钾通过简单的反应成功地制备了α-CuSCN纳米球和纳米管。并讨论了明胶和CTAB在生成α-CuSCN纳米球和纳米管过程中的作用。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和紫外-可见吸收光谱仪(UV)对产物进行了表征。根据光学测量法研究结果表明-αCuSCN纳米球和纳米管的直接跃迁带隙分别为3.91eV和3.82eV。
Nanospheres and nanotubes of α-CuSCN were prepared by simple reactions of CuO, NH2OH·HCl and KSCN in the presence of gelatin and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) respectively at 80 ℃. The roles of gelatin and CTAB in the growing of α-CuSCN nanospheres and nanotubes were discussed. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. The direct transition band gaps were estimated to be 3.91 and 3.82 eV respectively according to the results of optical measurements of nanospheres and nanotubes of α-CuSCN.
