摘要
建立了一种RP-HPLC法测定复方大青叶颗粒中靛玉红的含量。样品用Kromasil C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱分离,检测波长为289nm,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为75:25),流速为1.0mL/min。靛玉红在1.25-19.97mg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为102.0%(RSD=1.5%,n=9)。该法准确、快速、简单,适合复方大青叶颗粒中靛玉红的含量测定。
A RP-HPLC method for content determination of indirubin in compound Daqingye grams was established. The sample was separated by using column C18 (200mm×4.6mm,5μm), and the mobile phase used was methanol-water (v : v=75 : 25). The detection wavelength was set at 289 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The linear range of indirubin was 1.25-19.97 mg/L(r=0.9999). The mean recovery was 102.0%(RSD=1.5%, n=9). The methods is accurate, rapid and simple, and it is suitable for content determination of indirubin in Compound Daqingye grains.
