重载沥青路面研究

Research on Bituminous Pavement of Running Overload Vehicles

为了分析车辆实际超载情况，结合交通调查、利用移动式轴重仪进行了现场轴重测试，得到了车辆轴载的实际分布及超载的准确数据，采用线性和非线性分析方法对重载下沥青路面弯沉、弯拉关系进行了分析，得出了此种情况下弯沉、弯拉等效的轴载换算方法；利用车辙仪进行了常规荷载与重载时车辙试验，得到了动稳定度与轴重之间关系，提出了重载沥青路面设计方法。

This article points out the effect of heavy vehicles on bituminous apvement structures and the questiones of early failure.The actual distrubution of axle load was measured by making use of the movable HDS axle meter.The effects of overload on the deflection and tensile stress of pavement are analyzed.The rut test acted by heavy load is accomplished and the axle load conversion method suitable for bituminous pavement were given.Based on above researches,the systematic design method of bituminous pavement is proposed,simultaneously an experimental road was constructed to verify the research results.
