摘要
从技术交易合同的定义及其契约特征着手,运用对应分析方法对我国2006年技术交易合同流向地域按合同总数排名前十位的地区的统计数据进行分析,发现北京、上海、福建、天津4个地区的合同类别具有相似的比例结构,它们主要集中在技术服务合同周围;广东、山东、河北、江苏4个地区的合同类别主要集中于技术开发合同和技术转让合同周围;辽宁、浙江的技术交易合同比例结构区别于其它8个省市;而技术咨询合同在这10个省市的技术交易合同构成中不具备显著性特征。
This paper starts from the definition of the technology transaction contracts and their features.Then,this paper analyses the data of the technology transaction contracts in the top 10 provinces in China in 2006,which are ranked by the number of the contracts,using the correspondence analysis method.The analysis finds that there are similar types of contracts structure in Beijing,Shanghai,Fujian,Tianjin,etc.They are mainly concentrated in the technology service contracts.The contracts structure in Liaoning and Zhejiang are different from the other eight provinces. And the technology consultation contract dose not have a significant feature in the top 10 provinces.
