摘要
近年来,作为企业社会责任的重要表现形式之一,企业捐赠行为得到了很快的发展。运用因子分析和统计描述方法对上海87家企业的捐赠行为从动机、结构和管理3个方面进行实证分析,并得出研究结论和启示,以期为我国企业慈善捐赠策略提供借鉴和参考。
In recent years,as an important form of CSR,the behavior of corporation donation develops rapidly.This paper does an empirical research on the corporate donation behavior of 87 corporations in Shanghai including three aspects: motive,structure and management based on the methods of factor analysis and statistics analysis.Finally,the study draws a conclusion for corporate donation strategy in China.
