摘要
以科技企业中的研究开发类员工为对象,通过编制心理契约问卷,对成都地区的20家高科技企业的研发员工进行了问卷调查,运用探索性和验证性因素分析方法对研究开发类员工的心理契约结构进行了探讨。结果表明,研究开发类员工的心理契约结构由3个维度构成:交易型心理契约、关系型心理契约和发展型心理契约。三维度结构能较好地反映研究开发类员工心理契约的特殊性。
The research takes R&D workers in high-technology enterprises as an object.Through the establishment of R&D workers psychological contract evaluation questionnaire,and the survey on R&D workers in 20 high-technology enterprises in Chengdu,it carries on the discussion about the R&D workers psychological contract structure by using exploring and confirmatory factor analysis methods.The results indicate that the R&D workers psychological contract structure constitutes by three dimensions,such as the transaction psychological contract, relation psychological contract and the development psychological contract. The three dimension structure models here reflect the differences of R&D workers psychological contract with other kind of workers.
