介绍了陶瓷膜盐水精制工艺特点和运行情况,通过解决陶瓷膜过滤装置运行中出现的问题,使之适应了泥沙、钙镁含量和有机物含量较高的海盐。陶瓷膜过滤器出水悬浮物≤1.0mg/L。
Process characteristics and operation status of refining brine equipment with ceramic membrane were introduced.The existing problems of ceramic filtering equipment were solved for meeting characteristics of sea salt,including high content of sediment,calcium-magnesium and organics.The suspended substance of discharge water of ceramic membrane filter was equal or great than 1.0 mg/L.
