不同产地一点红总生物碱的提取与分析

Extraction and Analysis of Total Alkaloids Contents in Emilia sonchifolia from Different Regions

目的通过测定不同产地一点红中总生物碱含量,建立一种以总生物碱含量变化为基础的一点红质量测定方法。方法利用单因素法考察最佳提取条件,采用紫外-可见分光光度法,以苦参碱为对照品,于414 nm波长处测定总生物碱含量。结果各产地样品的总生物碱含量在0.441%～0.756%之间,贵州贵阳的一点红总生物碱含量较高。结论用所建立的方法检测一点红药材质量,重复性好,准确度高。

Objective To establish a total alkaloids - based method for determining the quality of the Emilia sonchifolia. Methods The optimum extracting condition was set up by single - factor method, and the total alkaloids were determined by UV - visible spectrophotometry under 414 nm using matrine as a control. Results The total alkaloids contents in the samples from different regions were 0. 441 - 0. 756%. The results showed the total alkaloids content in the sample which collected from Guiyang of Guizhou province was the highest. Conclusion The method has good duplication and high exactitude for quality determination of Emilia sonchifolia.
