姜炙厚朴闷润条件优选 被引量:2

摘要 目的优选姜炙厚朴的最佳闷润条件。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量为考察指标优选姜炙的最佳闷润条件。结果姜炙厚朴的最佳闷润条件为:生姜用量10%,姜汁体积与药材的用量比为60 L/100kg,闷润时间60 min。结论该工艺条件为制定厚朴饮片合理的加工工艺及质量标准提供了参考依据。
