摘要
研究了AZ31镁合金及其TIG焊接接头常温时的示波冲击性能。研究表明,AZ31镁合金板材未开缺口和开CharpyV型缺口试样的冲击韧性分别为50.9和8.7J·cm-2,开CharpyV型缺口试样的冲击韧性大幅降低。裂纹形成能量与冲击吸收能量的比值Wi/Wt分别为62.0%和53.8%,说明试样断裂过程中,冲击吸收能量主要用于裂纹的形成。对于TIG焊接接头,在焊缝中心和热影响区开缺口试样的冲击吸收能量Wt分别为4.9,3.9,4.5和4.4J,Wi/Wt分别为16.3%,15.4%,15.6%和15.9%,说明在同样缺口情况下,焊接接头比母材更容易形成裂纹。从微观组织和断口形貌上解释了这一原因。
The oscillography impact property of magnesium alloy and its TIG welded joints was studied at room temperature. The impact toughness of the base metal specimens without notch is 50.9 J.cm^-2, which is much greater than that of the specimens with a notch, only 8.7 J.cm^-2. The ratios of the crack forming energy to impacting absorption energy (Wi/Wt) are 62.0% and 53.8% respectively, which indicates that quite a large portion of the impacting absorption energy is served for the crack propagation. The impacting absorption energy of the welded specimens are 4.9, 3.9, 4.5 and 4.4 J respectively, and the Wi/Wt are 16.3%, 15.4%, 15.6% and 15.9% respectively, which indicates that the welded joints are more easy to form cracks under the same condition. The microstructure was studied to explain the results.
