摘要
高校隐性思想政治教育是相对高校显性思想政治教育而存在的一种教育理念、教育方式。它淡化教育形式,强调自然的教育与学习;它的教育内容非常丰富,渗透到个人日常活动的方方面面;注重尊重学生的主体地位,激发学生的首创精神。隐性思想政治教育有助于提高思想政治教育的效果、实效性;有助于培养大学生综合素质和能力,适应社会的发展需要;有助于培养教育对象的自主性,增强自我教育意识。
The university recessive ideological and political education is one kind of education idea in the present University. It downplays the education form, while emphasizing the natural educational study. Its education content is rich, spreading into the various aspects of our daily life. It pays great attention to respecting the student central status, as well as stimulating students＇ creativity. The recessive ideological and political education is helpful in enhancing the political education＇s aim, and it also attributes to raising the university students＇ overall quality and ability, meeting the need of society＇s development. It helps a lot in raising education objective independency, and strengthening the self-education consciousness as well.
